Our staff is still growing; we are up to 5 full time therapists. We will be adding at least 2 more part-time therapists before the summer.

Damian has returned and is back in the saddle again. I guess when you truly have a gift for something you don’t loose it. His massages are as great as ever.

Mark has joined a staff in Huston, WI and is no longer with us. Good luck and thanks Mark for loaning us your hands.

Ira Walker has come full circle and has returned to Inside 3 Hands. Ira has completed his advance training with EFay. Ira brings a unique combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage together. Your body will thank you for trying this experience.

A New Face
Our transformation has begun. Our new and improved website has been launched www.inside3hands.com. The new Nicollet Mall sign will be unveiled in April.

Seated Chair massage phased out April 10
The plant room where seated chair massages were performed has been transformed into a beautiful INR Body Tune-Up® room.

The INR Body Tune-Up® is a 15 or 20 minute massage, fully clothed, on a table. See the website for a complete description.

Price Increase Effective April 1
With the rising costs of most everything, the time has come for Inside 3 Hands Bodyworks to increase its prices. Our prices have not change in four years. I wish I could say the same about our expenses. We analyzed the market and developed a new price schedule. Inside 3 Hands is still one of the few that when you pay for an hour you get a full hour not 50 minutes. See website for list of the new prices.
