EFay Imani

EFay Imani is the energy force behind Inside Three Hands Bodywork's and the creator of the INR (Imani’s Naturalize Restructuring) Technique. EFay has had several careers thru out her journey. She states she has never been as satisfied has as she currently is doing bodywork. She graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage in 1993. Inside 3 Hands and EFay’s mission is to heal the plant. . . One body at a time.

Ira Wilson

Ira Wilson is high spirited, energetic massage therapist, graduated from MN School of Business. Ira interned with Inside 3 Hands and EFay in 2004 before he moved to Atlanta, GA to study spa wellness and healthy living. Ira has come full circle and returned to Inside 3 Hands, excited to combine his spa wellness experience with his therapeutic techniques to support the healing process of Twin Cites residence. His motto is “relax and let me put everything back into place”.

Jessica Burg

Jessica is very excited to be joining the team at Inside 3 Hands following her internship with the company. She graduated from Saint Paul College with an Associates of Science in Massage Therapy. She hopes that her knowledge and energy will assist in helping others find relief and maintain health.

Damian Robinson

Damian Robinson, Jamaican native, is a New York trained actor who grew to love the health and wellness field. A Personal Trainer at Body/Mind Fitness and a graduate of Minnesota School of business. Damian interned at Inside 3 Hands where he trained under EFay. Now a staff member, he is excited to lend his energy and talents in the hopes that both he and Inside 3 Hands will achieve professional and personal growth.

Niki Hilsdahl

Niki is a graduate of Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodyworks who embraces Inside 3 Hands "custom bodywork". She believes foremost in listening to the individual body in means of catering to each person's unique needs.
